Drop-Off Option

Mobile Monster has an assessment centre located in the Melbourne CBD

Located on Level 4/306 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

You will be required to create a sell order before coming in. Please fill in your details online to sell your device, follow the steps and select "Drop-Off" at the end.
You can come in at anytime between 9.00AM and 5.00PM

We are not open on the weekends, and we don't keep cash on the premises.

Lobby entry is via The Causeway Laneway - located right next to Laurent and opposite of Sushi Monger

*Note: Please be advised that we are located at Level 4. The elevator is currently being replaced and will be out of service until the end of May. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused due to this.

Self Post

If you select this option, this means you have chosen to post your device to us yourself. You will need to visit a post office in order to do so. Although we offer a free shipping address where you will not be charged for postage, we highly recommend purchasing a tracking label to ensure you can keep track of your device on route to us. This will be at your own cost. Australia Post also offer insurance should you wish to purchase for added security.

Satchel

If you have selected this option, it means that you have requested a satchel to be posted out to your address. Our satchels come out to you with our return address and your details already labelled and includes a tracking number. This means you do not need to visit a post office and can simply drop your parcel into your closest Australia Post Red Post Box. You will also need to securely package your device using your own protective packaging. We highly recommend using the original box the device came in with an added layer of protection.


Please note that highly recommend you purchase insurance as we do not cover lost parcels.
